Congo Sunrise is our tropical take on a kettle sour ale. We use a special strain of Lactobacillus to create a clean, refreshing tartness that's complemented by additions of passionfruit and guava. The result is a bright, fruity beer with a perfect balance of sweet and sour. Incredibly refreshing and perfect for Singapore's climate.
