What is Heart of Darkness Brewery?

Where can I find your beers?
+Our beers are available at our taproom, through our online store, and at select bars, restaurants, and retailers throughout Singapore. Check our "Where to Buy" page for a complete list of locations.
Do you have a taproom open to the public?
+Yes, our taproom is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday. We offer a rotating selection of our beers on tap, as well as brewery tours, tastings, and special events. Check our "Visit" page for current hours and information.
Do you offer food at your taproom?
+Yes, we have a menu of beer-friendly food offerings, including snacks, sandwiches, and shareable plates. Our kitchen is open during regular taproom hours.
What types of beer do you brew?
+We brew a wide range of beer styles, including IPAs, stouts, porters, pale ales, sours, and seasonal specialties. Our core range consists of six year-round beers, complemented by limited releases and experimental brews.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
+Most of our beers are vegan-friendly. We generally don't use animal products in our brewing process, but some specialty beers may contain honey, lactose, or other non-vegan ingredients. Each beer's ingredients are listed on its label and on our website.
Do you provide nutritional information for your beers?
+Yes, we provide basic nutritional information for all our beers, including calories, carbohydrates, and alcohol content. This information can be found on each beer's individual page on our website.
How should I store your beer?
+For optimal freshness, we recommend storing our beers upright in a cool, dark place, ideally between 4-10°C. Most of our beers are best enjoyed fresh, though some higher-ABV styles can be aged. Check the best-before date on the packaging for guidance.
Do you offer brewery tours?
+Yes, we offer guided tours of our brewery every Saturday and Sunday at 2pm and 4pm. Tours include a behind-the-scenes look at our brewing process, information about our history and philosophy, and a guided tasting of our beers. Tours last approximately 60 minutes.
How much do brewery tours cost?
+Our standard brewery tour costs $25 per person and includes a guided tour and a tasting flight of four beers. We also offer premium tours with additional tastings and food pairings for $40 per person.
Do I need to book a tour in advance?
+Booking in advance is recommended as tours often sell out, especially on weekends. You can book online through our website or by calling us at +65 6123 4567.
Can I host a private event at your brewery?
+Yes, our taproom and brewery are available for private events, including corporate functions, birthday parties, and special occasions. We can accommodate groups of various sizes and offer customizable packages. Please contact our events team at [email protected] for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
+Currently, we only ship within Singapore. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to other countries in the future.
What are your shipping rates?
+We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Singapore. For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

What is your return policy?
+Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of beer. However, if you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement. For merchandise items, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.
